The expressive arts are fundamental in addressing the entirety of a person, kinesthetically and viscerally, especially in the places where language cannot possibly suffice. We get to explore the unique role of getting you involved with the breadth of yourself, and how profoundly impactful it is to establish a commitment to checking in with yourself.

Alignment

The body is perpetually seeking homeostasis, so we will work to get you back to balance through strengthening your relationship with yourself and your awareness.

Deepening your capacity to self-regulate and activating your agency, intuition, and sense of self. 

We will work toward identifying survival behaviors through attachments that have long been habitualized, and in so doing you will have the power to identify yourself-for yourself. We will use narrative therapy and internal family systems to reframe and rewrite your story.
